WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
We automatically send an order confirmation, immediately after receiving an order. Please check your spam folder if you have not yet received your confirmation email. Alternatively, you could have incorrectly entered your email. Please contact hello@riftw.com.au to update your email.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be updated on your order status during each step of the way. You will receive 3 email notifications;
- Once your order has been placed.
- When your order is being prepared.
- Once your order has been shipped.
You will receive your tracking number and link via email once your order has been shipped. If you have a RIFTW account, you can also access your tracking information via your account dashboard.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
Any changes that you require need to be emailed to us immediately to hello@riftw.com.au. We will endeavour to meet your amendments, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made due to processing and dispatch times.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY RIFTW WRISTLET?
To keep your wristlet looking its best, we recommend spot cleaning with a mild detergent and warm water. Avoid submerging it fully and allow it to air dry completely before use.
CAN I USE MY RIFTW WRISTLET FOR OTHER PURPOSES BESIDES HOLDING A PHONE?
Absolutely! Our versatile wristlets can also be used to carry keys, cards, small cosmetics, or any other essentials you need to keep close at hand.
ARE RIFTW WRISTLETS WATER-RESISTANT?
While our wristlets are not fully waterproof, they are designed to withstand everyday wear and tear. However, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water to ensure longevity.
ARE THE BEADS ON RIFTW WRISTLETS SECURELY ATTACHED?
